Rushmedics offers medical care supplies, healthcare supplies, PPE, and OTC Rx products for sale.
Product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee full accuracy.

We reserve the right to reject, modify, or cancel any order, and issue a full refund if payment has already been processed.

Accepted payment methods include:

By submitting payment information, you authorize Rushmedics to process the transaction.
We reserve the right to cancel or reverse transactions if fraud or legal violations are suspected.

Delivery Methods:

• Standard shipping (3–5 business days or longer based on product size, availability, and carrier).
   
• Same-day or next-day delivery (within 20 miles for qualifying local healthcare facilities).
   
• Freight shipping quotes for bulk orders.
   

Delivery timelines are estimates. Delivery delays may occur. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Refund Requests:

• Must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods.
   
• Accepted if the product is broken, wrong size, or does not match the description.
   

Non-Refundable Goods:

• Personal-use health products, rapid tests, gloves, face masks, and any opened items.
   

Returns:

• Returns are accepted upon approval and must be arranged through our customer service team.
   

Where applicable consumer protection laws cannot be excluded, these Terms will be interpreted subject to mandatory protections under your local law.

Rushmedics LLC, its affiliates, and its officers, directors, and employees are not liable for any damages, claims, or losses arising from your use of the website or from the purchase of goods.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rushmedics LLC, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal fees resulting from your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the rest of the Terms, which will remain in full force.

Rushmedics may update these Terms to comply with law or reflect changes in our operations. Updates will be posted on our websites or sent by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
